Parts and smallwares returns:
Parts and smallwares orders may be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days of ordering for a full refund. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Click here to start a parts return.
Equipment Returns:
Equipment returns can only be made within 10 days of receipt. Equipment must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. All equipment returns will have a 15% restocking fee and items requiring palletization and freight shipping will incur a flat fee of $375 to cover return freight shipping.
