Want to extend the life of your silicone flapper on your Mahlkonig E80 grinder?! We've got you covered! By adding a stainless steel flapper behind the silicone (just like the E65!) will help extend the life of the silicone and reduce some of your cleaning time. Josh is here to show us how it's done! 

Tools:

• Flathead Screwdriver 

Steps

• Remove hopper
• Loosen Flathead screws
• Twist to unlock and remove grinder lid
• Remove Silicone Flapper - Clean or Replace
• Reinstall Silicone Flapper
• Install new metal flapper behind silicone
• Reinstall grinder lid and hopper
