Service Dispatcher Los Angeles
Black Rabbit Service is looking for a customer service oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Los Angeles. If you feel you meet the below qualifications and are interested in helping us grow in Los Angeles we would love to hear from you!
Work will be done Monday - Friday 9am-5pm at our shop in Lincoln Heights/Chinatown area
Most of your time will be spent answering emails and phone calls coordination service calls and installs with customers.
Working closely with the technicians, service manager, and sales team to ensure customers needs are met in a professional timely fashion.
Receive equipment and parts deliveries
Help with events, parties, and lab rentals
1 or more years in the coffee industry
A basic understanding of different types of coffee equipment, brands , models, and accessories .
Basic computer skills (Quickbooks, Google Docs, Excel, etc.)
Ability to work on your own and self-manage
Have a good understanding of Los Angeles/So Cal. Geography
Must be able to work at a desk for long periods of time
Must be able to walk, stand, and kneel
Must be able to climb a ladder
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
Preform repetitive motion with hands, wrist, and forearms
Must be able to use a hand truck and pallet jack
Salary - $20/HR
Health Insurance (available after 60 days)
2 weeks paid time off (accrued)
